This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by RB Constructions and Real Estates, a firm based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, engaged in the business of offering construction, real estate consultancy, design, and project execution services.

By engaging with RB Constructions and Real Estates (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), clients (“you”, “Customer”) agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This document governs cancellations, service charges, and refunds related to services rendered or scheduled for execution.

1. Nature of Our Services

RB Constructions and Real Estates facilitates end-to-end construction and real estate services including:

• Site consultation and digital survey

• Architectural and structural design

• Contractor allocation and project planning

• Full-scale residential and commercial construction

• Real estate consulting and property marketing

We engage multiple stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and external consultants to ensure timely, quality service delivery.

2. Customer Cancellation Policy

If the Customer chooses to cancel the project after initiating the service or making any payment (advance, booking, or stage-based payments), they must notify RB Constructions and Real Estates through a formal written request.

Cancellation Request Process:

• Cancellation must be communicated via the  through written notice sent to our office.

Until a written cancellation request is received and acknowledged, the engagement shall be considered active, and any work or consultation undertaken shall be deemed billable.

3. Service Fee Deductions on Cancellation

To ensure quality services, RB Constructions and Real Estates incurs costs such as:

• Site visits and inspections

• Design and planning sessions

• Digital survey or soil testing

• Contractor onboarding

• Material rate estimation

In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain a service fee, calculated based on the stage of work completed.

NDV (Non-Discounted Value): Refers to the total project value based on standard rates, not including any promotional discounts.

Once any activity within a specific stage begins, the full fee for that stage becomes non-refundable, even if the work was partially completed.

4. Additional Deductions

The following will also be deducted, where applicable:

• Actual expenses on completed services (design, site reports, liaisoning, etc.)

• Contractor resource mobilization costs (if incurred)

• Liaisoning or third-party consultant fees

• Fees as per signed agreements (if applicable)

If the total expenses exceed the payment made by the Customer, RB Constructions and Real Estates reserves the right to collect the outstanding amount within 30 business days of written notification. An interest of 18% p.a. will apply for late payments.

5. Refund Process

Upon valid cancellation:

• Refunds will be made after all applicable deductions.

• Refund will be processed to the bank account shared by the Customer.

• Refunds will be completed within 30 business days from the date of executing a Settlement and Release Agreement.

• Cash refunds are not permitted. All refunds are made via bank transfer only.

6. Cancellation Post Agreement Execution

If a project agreement or contract has been signed between the Customer, RB Constructions and Real Estates, and the Contractor, any cancellation will be subject to the specific terms of that agreement.

7. Rights to Modify

RB Constructions and Real Estates reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at its discretion. Clients will be notified of such changes, and the revised policy will apply to all ongoing and future engagements.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding charges, refunds, or cancellations, the final decision shall lie with RB Constructions and Real Estates. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
